1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VCardly platform (vcardly.me), registering an account, or creating a digital identity card, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the service.

VCardly is a digital identity service operated by Expolio Group ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Scope of Service & Digital Cards

VCardly provides web-based tools allowing users to construct, host, and share structured digital business cards and professional contact profiles accessible via unique handles (vcardly.me/{username}).

Features include tap-to-save contact (.vcf) export, dynamic QR code sharing, interactive WhatsApp and email actions, analytics insights, and curated typography and color themes.

3. Account Registration & Email Verification

To create and publish a card, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Every new account requires mandatory email verification before active service provisioning. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Commercial Plans & Annual Billing

VCardly offers paid commercial tiers:

• Basic Plan: ₹199 per year (all applicable GST included).
• Premium Plan: ₹299 per year (all applicable GST included).
• Business & Teams: Custom pricing via direct advisory agreement.

All plans are billed annually in advance. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Advertised monthly figures (e.g. ₹16.58/mo or ₹24.92/mo) represent effective monthly cost calculations for marketing comparison only; customers are charged the annual total upon subscription.

5. Content Ownership & User Conduct

You retain full intellectual property ownership of all personal profiles, branding assets, logos, and biographical content uploaded to your card. You grant VCardly a limited license solely to host and display this content on your public profile.

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful impersonation, deceptive trade practices, phishing, malicious software distribution, or defamatory content. Any cards found violating these principles are subject to immediate suspension under our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Platform Moderation & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any profile or account that violates these terms, infringes upon third-party rights, or harms platform integrity. Suspended users may contact support to appeal administrative moderation actions.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from or relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India.
