VCardly is engineered for serious professionals, independent advisors, executives, and organizations. To protect the collective credibility of every card bearer on our domain, all users must maintain honest, legitimate, and professional representations of their identity.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may not use VCardly to publish, link to, or distribute:

• Impersonation & Deception: Creating cards claiming identity, qualifications, certifications, or titles you do not legally hold.
• Phishing & Malware: Inserting links intended to harvest credentials, spread spyware, or facilitate fraudulent financial schemes.
• Defamatory or Abusive Content: Publishing defamatory statements, harassment, hate speech, or explicit adult content.
• Trademark Infringement: Utilizing corporate emblems or trademarks without authorization.
• Spam & Unsolicited Marketing: Deploying automated scripts to generate dummy handles or blast unwanted communications.

3. Platform Enforcement & Moderation

Our administrative team actively reviews reported cards. If a digital profile is found to violate this policy, VCardly reserves the right to immediately suspend the profile, revoke public access, or terminate the offending account without notice.
